Refunds may be considered only if:
The service has not yet started.
A duplicate payment was made by error.
There has been a clear failure to deliver agreed services as per contract/communication (to be reviewed case-by-case).
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
Once the service (e.g., campaign setup, ad execution, digital product delivery) has begun.
Delays or performance issues caused by the clientβs failure to provide necessary inputs, approvals, or access.
Custom strategy or design services already delivered.
Free strategic consultations or discounted services.

Once you agree to our proposal and make the payment, the project is considered active and non-cancellable.
No cancellations are accepted once the service has started or resources have been allocated. If you decide to terminate the service early, no partial refunds will be issued. For retainer/monthly plans, cancellations must be requested 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.
Shipping Policy
As a digital marketing agency, we do not ship any physical products. All our services and digital deliverables (such as reports, lead lists, strategy plans, creatives, and campaign data) are delivered electronically via email, cloud sharing, or client dashboards.
Delivery Timelines:
Services are initiated within 4β7 business days after successful payment and onboarding.
Final deliverables (such as lead reports or ad campaign reports) will be shared based on the scope of the project, typically within the timeline agreed during the onboarding call or in the service agreement.
